Window & Door Energy Performance

WERS when you need the scheme. Clear performance reports when you don't.

SIIGMATIC separates three different needs: a certified WERS product rating, independent window and door energy performance analysis, and custom U-Value analysis for the windows and glazed doors used in a specific architectural project.

Entering the Australian market

Exporting windows & doors to Australia?

For overseas manufacturers, the difficult part is often not one test — it is understanding how AS 2047, energy-performance requirements, WERS / AFRC processes, local documentation and industry applications fit together.

SIIGMATIC can help coordinate that pathway from our Melbourne laboratory and explain the outputs in the language local builders, architects and industry bodies expect.

NatHERS capability

SIIGMATIC retains NatHERS energy-assessment capability for projects that require it. Window and door manufacturers are directed primarily to WERS and product thermal-performance services.

The making of SIIGMATIC

The lab that
won't hold you back.

SIIGMATIC was created because CiiLOCK's engineering team needed faster, more practical testing during product development. The laboratory later achieved NATA accreditation in 2021 and opened its services to the wider industry.

That origin still shapes the way the lab works: testing is not only about reaching a result; it is also about understanding what the result means for the product.
